Enrichment Courses

DTI’s unique enrichment course equips learners with innovation and entrepreneurship skills for the workplace, making them responsive to market demands. The hub also incubates innovative grassroots startups, providing seed capital, business development, market access, and a maker space.

The challenge programme is designed to develop our learners' life skills. It equips young people with soft skills, professional skills, and the confidence to handle daily challenges and problems and succeed in life.

Workplace Learning Experience (WEL) is a six-month industrial attachment programme for DTI learners. It exposes learners to industry operations and practices, enhancing their practical knowledge and experience for the job market. Learners can also work after school and at weekends to supplement their living expenses or contribute to tuition.

English, Mathematics, and ICT are core courses that help our learners become sufficiently knowledgeable about trade areas and the world of work. Experienced facilitators support learners with challenges in these generic subjects throughout their study.
