DTI Berekuso Campus: Expanding Access to World-Class Skills Training
The Design and Technology Institute (DTI) is set to admit its first cohort of learners at its ultra-modern Berekuso Campus by September 2028, marking a major milestone in its mission to transform technical and vocational education in Africa. Currently under construction, this state-of-the-art facility will accommodate 1,500 learners, significantly expanding access to professional and world-class skills training for Africa and beyond.
Key Features of the Berekuso Campus include Industrial Parks, State-of-the-Art Workshops, High-Tech Classrooms, Innovation and Entrepreneurship Hubs and Sustainable Infrastructure.
The Berekuso Campus will play a critical role in developing highly skilled professionals by:
- Increasing access to quality TVET training and bridging the gap between education and employment.
- Strengthening industry partnerships to align training with labour market demands.
- Supporting the expansion of Precision Quality (PQ) training, embedding quality and productivity standards in Africa’s workforce.
- Positioning Ghana as a hub for world-class skilled labour, with graduates equipped to excel in local and global industries.
