DTI is built around the belief that many of the barriers to development in Africa can be attributed to a poor mindset. This is why our learning experiences are designed to help learners build the skills and character necessary for an effective mindset shift for growth.

Our curriculum integrates liberal arts with entrepreneurship, engineering, and technology, making it an ideal place to learn how to contribute to transformative ideas or develop their own next big idea.

A Proven Educational Model

We have developed a unique educational model that equips learners with the skills and knowledge required to lead a successful life and career. Within six months of graduation, 55% of our learners receive job offers or start their own businesses, and our alumni are thriving nationwide.

Our Campus

Set on 1.5 acres in the city of Accra, East Legon, our campus is one of the most picturesque in Ghana. It is designed to serve as a home for learners to live and work. Our infrastructure matches some of the best TVET institutions in Africa.
