The Design & Technology Institute has received a Grant from AUDA-NEPAD SIFA Project, financed by KfW toward the cost of the Transforming Youth TVET Livelihoods for Sustainable Job Creation project, and intends to apply part of the proceeds toward payments under the contract for Construction of Phase One Works for the New Campus at Berekuso.
The Design & Technology Institute now invites sealed Bids from eligible Bidders for the Construction of Phase One Works for the New Campus at Berekuso, comprising of:

Bidding will be conducted by means of a single stage, two envelope National Competitive Bidding procedure with qualification as specified in the SIFA Guidelines for the Procurement of Goods, Works and associated Services.

Following registration and payment of the required fee to the Design and Technology Institute (DTI), an electronic copy of the bidding documents is available to interested Bidders, by sending an email request to Constance Swaniker at constance.swaniker@dtiafrica.edu.gh, with a copy to the DTI Procurement Team at
procurement@dtiafrica.edu.gh with a mandatory copy also sent to procurement@skillsinitiative-for-africa.com.
In accordance with Section II -QBDS ITB 7.2 and ITB 7.4, a Site Visit will take place on 28/04/2026 at 10:00 a.m. at the address of the Grantee (Design & Technology Institute (Mempeasem, East Legon – Accra, behind Ghana Meteorological Agency, GA-484- 6124)), and will be followed by a Pre-Bid meeting, during which Bidders may ask questions by means of a formal written request. Attendance to the Site Visit and Pre- Bid meeting is mandatory.
In strict accordance with ITB 21.1 Qualification Documents and Bids should be presented in separate envelopes and must be delivered to the address indicated in the clause ITB 22.1 of the bidding documents on or before 03/06/2026, 10:00 hours local time.
Late Qualification Documents and Bids will be rejected.
In the first public session, only the Qualification Documents will be opened in the presence of the Bidders’ designated representatives. In the second public session only the Bids of those Bidders who have fulfilled the qualification criteria will be opened
All Bids must be accompanied by a Bid Security.
Bidders should note that AUDA-NEPAD SIFA Project Procurement office collects and uses your personal information for “Procurement Process” and publishes same on the AUDA-NEPAD SIFA Project website when contract is awarded. The collection and use of Personal Data of Consultant(s) intending to compete and deliver services or goods to the AUDA-NEPAD SIFA Project either individually or as a firm will only be used after consent has been granted by the Consultant(s).
