By 2050, one in four young people globally will be African — yet industries across the continent report critical skills gaps while youth unemployment remains persistently high. DTI was founded to intervene at this fault line. Since 2016, we have trained over 48,932 learners, with 81,076 youth transitioned to meaningful work across Ghana's leading industries. The Berekuso Campus is our boldest step yet: a purpose-built, 11.29-acre institution that will triple our capacity and set the continental standard for technical education — reshaping how Africa learns, works, and leads the future.
